The Second day of 'JYOTHIS', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Computer Assistants & Confidential Assistants  of Finance Secretariat was held on the 05th of October 2018. The forenoon  session was led by Sri.Mathew Jose K, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), General Administration Department on "Conduct Rules" and the afternoon session was led by Sri.W.J.Suthan, Under Secretary, Finance Department on "Secretariat Office Manual".
