The 3rd day (Concluding day) of three days training programme on Strong Room Management for the Treasurers of Treasury Department conducted by Centre for Training in Financial Management was held at Thiruvanathapuram on the 31st of October 2018.  A discussion was arranged from 07.30 am to 09.30 am and the second session from 10.00 am to 01.15 pm was led by Sri.Saji, Manager, RBI on "Cash Handling and Fake Note Detection.  In the afternoon Sri.Abhilash S.A. from Directorate of Treasuries led the session on 'IFMS' followed by an overall evaluation of the training programme.

Sri.Jaffar A.M., Director of Treasuries inaugurated the Training programme and Sri.Gopakumar V.S., Joint Director presided over the function.  Twenty Nine Treasurers from Treasury Department attended the session.  'Ice breaking' was the first session, which was led by Sri.Ajith kumar G.S, Course Coordinator, CTFM. The afternoon session was led by Prof.R.Prakash on "Soft Skills".

The 10th day of 'JYOTHIS', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Computer Assistants & Confidential Assistants  of Finance Secretariat was held on the 30th of October 2018. The forenoon & afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Finacial Code" and "Kerala Treasury Code & Stores Purchase Rules", respectively.

The 9th day of 'JYOTHIS', the Comprehensive Training Programme for the Computer Assistants & Confidential Assistants  of Finance Secretariat was held on the 27th of October 2018. The forenoon & afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on "Kerala Account Code" and "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.

One day training programme  on 'Public Works Manual' for the staff of department of Irrigation was held at Centre for Training in Financial Management (CTFM) on the 26th of October 2018. Sri.Thulaseedharan Pillai, Senior Audit Officer (Rtd) led the training programme and  50 officers from Irrigation department attended the training programme.

One day Training Programme on e-Office for the staff of Department of Animal Husbandry was held on the 25th of October 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management.  The programme was  led by Smt.Archana Vijayakumar from KSITM and Smt.Lekshmi Mohan A., Assistant Programmer from NIC.
