First day of training programme  for the officers of  Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board was held on the 24th of September 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. The forenoon  and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.Salim., Administrative Assistant (Rtd), Department of Technical Education on "KSR".
